As we had seen some of the useful instructions of Waters earlier.Now we are going to see about their Likes & Dislikes.They have a large number of likes where combine other liquids.If we intake too little leads to dehydration,the symptoms of which are headache,constipation,yellow colored urine,joint paints and lower back pain, fatigue,hunger pangs and hormonal problems.If we increase our intaking of water in our body these type of disease will wont harm You.Too much can be disastrous too! water must be taken in balance with the body's electrolytes.Excessive water intake disturbs this balance.Excess water,also know as water intoxication( usually over 5 liters) can also cause problems.Though its is not common,it is something to be aware of.If the water content of the blood increases drastically,the salt available to body tissues decreases,which can lead to problems with brain,heart and muscle function.Symptoms like dizziness,nausea,apathy are observed.Where as they can be burn by doing workouts.
