Now we are going to see about a bread item which we can make pumper nickel,For that we should have a dark,sweet bread,of German origin,made from rye which we call it as wheat.It is associated with Germany's Westphalia region,though the bread is now popular elsewhere,especially in U.S and UK its is made with a sourdough starter,the acid which giving its its long shelf life,then its is baked slowly,in fact,we should spent longer time over what gives pumpernickel its deep brown or even black colour,American pumpernickel,mostly stuffed with jews,that is made with rye and wheat flour and its deep brown colour is obtained by adding coffee powder,molasses or cocoa....Cara way seeds are added for flavoring.....serve Hot!!
