Train crashes are mostly take places in some developed countries.Crashes due to non-maintaining of train compartment,slackness of personnels,some times misunderstand between the train drivers,not getting a correct commentary signals these are the main causes for a train crash.If we have correct position where as another will disturb us,so we should make our path with a clean focus of mind.Train crash where recently happened in Russia.In between the track of Moscow to St. Petersburg careening off its tracks.Where as experts found that crash is made of a explosive device.The accident happened at 9.30am.As 100 of people have injured of this disaster and 18 where missing at the info of Saturday.Russian officers were demanding that this was carried over by a terrorism attack.This train made of luxury thing which costs as per.The people who travelled in the train are Belgium,Italy and Azerbaijan.This type of accident should not happened among any countries.So beware,while Driving our Vehicle.

As we had seen some of the useful instructions of Waters earlier.Now we are going to see about their Likes & Dislikes.They have a large number of likes where combine other liquids.If we intake too little leads to dehydration,the symptoms of which are headache,constipation,yellow colored urine,joint paints and lower back pain, fatigue,hunger pangs and hormonal problems.If we increase our intaking of water in our body these type of disease will wont harm You.Too much can be disastrous too! water must be taken in balance with the body's electrolytes.Excessive water intake disturbs this balance.Excess water,also know as water intoxication( usually over 5 liters) can also cause problems.Though its is not common,it is something to be aware of.If the water content of the blood increases drastically,the salt available to body tissues decreases,which can lead to problems with brain,heart and muscle function.Symptoms like dizziness,nausea,apathy are observed.Where as they can be burn by doing workouts.

Is water is the best drink for a workout??
Now a day,body fitness is more Important.There is no time to maintain our body too.As days go on we will feel because of our weight increases.We must have more time and more energy to workout.Where as our best ever never drink is WATER. Its will give more energy than any other drinks which we intake.In most of the cases,YES.If the water lost is not replaced again, its will lead to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.Electrolytes like sodium,chloride and potassium are lost in sweat as well,and therefore need to be replaced.When we sweat profusely,our fluid requirement increases.
Unless your workout is continuous and prolonged beyond an hour,sports drinks give no additional benefit over water.Sports drinks contain 5-8per cant carbohydrates as well as necessary electrolytes.Beware of consuming concentrated juices or beverages immediately before,or during the workout,as it can cause nausea,abdominal bloating or abdominal cramps.So,Take Care while intake these types of beverages.Try to have doctor's consult.
